The TMG-SP100 Hydraulic Shop Press is an essential piece of equipment for any type of automotive shop, machining, metalworks, fabrication or assembly operations. An incredible 100 ton pressing capacity makes pushing bearings onto shafts, stamp work, bending or flattening metal safe, efficient and easy to do. This press has a fully welded heavy-duty H-frame construction and protective grid guard that are both rigid, durable and built to last in any shop environment.
A dual operating hydraulic cylinder works pneumatically or manually for total operator control, steady ram speed and smooth overall workflow. The steel cable crank winch provides ergonomic relief, eliminating excessive bending and allowing you to easily adjust the pressing bed up and down. Seven height positions also offer superior workpiece flexibility that will adapt to your specific work setting and requirements.
Made to handle tough jobs like gear and bushing removal, with an overload valve to prevent use beyond the machine’s capacity and twin springs that help with retraction of the piston rod. The oil filled gauge can be read in US and metric tons, and allows you to accurately monitor your pressing force while operating.
